Take a moment. Breathe.

A positive pregnancy test can stir up all kinds of emotions. You might feel overwhelmed, anxious, numb, or simply unsure of what to think. Whatever you’re feeling right now is valid, and you’re not alone.

At our clinic, we meet people every day who ask the same question: “I'm pregnant. What do I do now?”

Here are a few important things to remember as you take your next steps:

1. You Don’t Have to Decide Everything Today

It’s easy to think you must figure everything out immediately, but you don’t. Pause, breathe, and give yourself space to process. When you’re ready, gather information and talk with people you trust. Take it one step at a time. You deserve support along the way.

2. Confirm the Pregnancy Is Viable

Before making any decisions, be sure the pregnancy is developing and located properly. We provide no-cost confirmation services, including

  • medical-grade pregnancy tests

  • limited ultrasounds to learn how far along you are and whether the pregnancy is viable

  • private, supportive, confidential care

Not every positive test means a progressing pregnancy. An ultrasound offers real answers and helps guide your next steps.

3. Explore All of Your Options

You have choices, and you deserve to know each one. Whether you’re considering parenting, abortion, or adoption, we offer honest, pressure-free information so you can decide what feels right for you. You do not have to make this decision on your own. Real support is available.

4. Care for Your Body and Mind

Now is a good time to focus on overall health. If you’re sexually active, STD testing can protect you even if you have no symptoms. Some infections can affect pregnancy, and we can connect you with testing and treatment. Eating well, resting, staying active, and managing stress all help. Small steps really do matter.

5. You’re Not in This Alone

This might not have been the journey you expected, but you don’t have to walk it alone. Here you’ll find a safe place to ask questions, share your feelings, and explore options at your own pace. No pressure, no judgment—just caring people ready to help.
